Additional rules;

  1. Canouan is a pretty small island and there aren't any rivers or water processing plants on the island. While we have a relatively large water storage facility, water usually has to be bought from a local company and delivery in some cases can take up to 2 weeks due to backorders. We would appreciate it if you can be conservative when using water in the kitchen and shower. This would help to enhance the experience for you and all guests staying with us. This water situation is the case for our apartment and all other apartments in Canouan. .
  2. No smoking on the property, even in the balcony. This allows us to maintain an overall optimal experience for all guests.
  3. When the AC is on, please keep the bedroom doors and windows closed. If you plan on stepping out, we'd also appreciate it if you turn off the AC and other appliances. While we aren't controlling your use of facilities, we have decided to keep our prices low despite increased operating costs over the years, and we also offer the lowest costing highest quality rooms in Canouan, as can be seen online. When the AC is being used while doors and windows are open, it puts stress on the AC unit and has led to us replacing several units within a few months. It also puts a strain on the utilities. We'd be happy if you can help with this, as the AC technicians in most cases aren't able to provide their services on short notice, so this helps us to provide a better experience to you and future guests. My team also lives on site, and may pass by to remind you or check up, as some guests may overlook our messages here.
  4. Before you leave: Turn things off

Additional requests:

  • Since we don't live in the apartments, sometimes we overlook a thing or two, or some things aren't in plane sight. Instead of leaving a negative review, if there is anything we need to improve on, please send us a message to let us know.
